COVID-19: Public Health Emergency
Your health and safety are our #1 concerns!
We have remained open throughout the COVID-19 pandemic, as a service to our patients and their medical needs.
To accomplish this feat, we have abided by strict CDC guidelines and implemented several safety measures and office protocols to prioritize our patients’ safety and wellbeing.
Social distancing practices to limit person-to-person contact:
We have effectively transformed our “waiting room” into a “reception area”, with a very limited seating capacity
We have spaced out all patient appointments by an extra 15 minutes, to further limit interpersonal contact
All appointments are scheduled in advance; no walk-in appointment opportunities are available
Patients are encouraged to fill out all paperwork prior to their appointment time, to limit the number of persons in the reception area at any one time
We continue to offer Telemedicine services to all patients
Sanitary protocols:
All examination rooms are thoroughly disinfected before and after every patient visit
Frequent disinfection of all high-contact surface areas throughout the office on an hourly basis
Hand sanitizer stations have been installed throughout the office, including in every examination room
Personal protective equipment:
All staff are required to wear personal protective equipment in the office
All patients are required to wear a face mask at all times while in the office; food items or beverages are not allowed for consumption
Complementary face masks and gloves are available to all patients
All staff has been fully vaccinated and continue to undergo routine COVID-19 testing
